I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas, Arlington in Business Administration with a major in Finance. After graduation I entered the Banking business and spent the next ten years working in various capacities from consumer lending to commercial lending. Mr. Spencer became a Vice President in the Commercial Lending area and had senior level responsibilities on the Loan Committee and as an Advisory to the Board of Directors.
I cherish those years as I have often looked back and drawn upon the experience I received as I worked with business owners in various fields and helped to provide the capital they needed to do business. After resigning from the Bank I began my career as an entrepreneur and first ventured into the construction industry. I became a partner in a full service Landscape Construction business and stayed with that for about five years leading to my first venture in the Real Estate Development business. I moved to Colorado where I was a Partner in a project that built a small hotel, ski shop and athletic club facility in Crested Butte which is one of the ski towns.
I moved back to Fort Worth in 1994 and partnered with a friend and began building in the residential segment. This experience led me back to the Real Estate Development business in 1999. Since then I have worked in the development business in numerous capacities.
I have been involved in numerous projects in the residential and commercial segments. Currently I am the President and Managing Partner for LNW Management, LLC, which acts as General Partner in various real estate entities. We manage a commercial property portfolio that includes income property, investment property, oil & gas interests, ranching and development projects.
I am the CEO and President of EneerG, Inc which is a small oil additive company in the "Green Energy" industry with an R&D group that is developing numerous products in the same field. I am also a Principal in Woodland Holdings, LLC which owns and operates interests in the Oil& Gas industry.
